• Welcome to NovaFiction. The terms of this document govern your use of this service . Please read this document carefully.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), along with NovaFiction’s Privacy Statement and any other agreements , form a legally-binding contract between you and NovaFiction. By using the Services (as defined below), you are agreeing to be legally bound by these Terms，in particular with the clauses of exemption or limitation of liability, provisions of jurisdiction and applicable law, and separate agreements to open or use a service . If you don’t agree with these Terms, you must discontinue using the Services, and your use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of and willingness to be bound by these Terms set forth herein.

NovaFiction reminds you that if you are under 16 years of age or do not have full capacity for civil conduct, please read these Terms in the presence of a legal guardian and pay special attention to the provisions concerning the use of minors.Otherwise, unless expressly stipulated by law, NovaFiction shall not be liable for any adverse consequences arising from such subsequent registration, use of the Services, payment and recharge, and shall have the right to terminate these Terms upon knowing such circumstances.

Service Content

• 1. NovaFiction provides various information technology services directly to users through the platform, including online novel reading service, comment information storage service, contents uploading and publishing service, as well as a link service for users to jump to and use third-party services according to their choice , and the new services constantly launched by NovaFiction.
• 2. You fully understand the service content, NovaFiction will only provide you with the services stipulated in these Terms.
• 3. If you use the third party service through the link service of NovaFiction, NovaFiction is only responsible for the link service provided from NovaFiction to the third party service website .Third Party Services may be subject to separate terms and conditions, and you shall enter into a valid service agreement with the third party.
• 4. The content of literary works provided by NovaFiction only represents the author's own position and viewpoint, and has nothing to do with NovaFiction, and each author shall bear the corresponding risk and responsibility according to the law.

Account Use

• 1. You may need to register an account to use the service. You’re responsible for all the activity on your account, and for keeping your password confidential. Additionally, you are also responsible for any and all activities that occur under your user account.
• 2. NovaFiction expects you to respect the rights of others. By using the Services, you agree that you will not upload, transfer, or otherwise make available files, images, code, materials, or other information or content (“Content”) that violates the rights of any third party, including their intellectual property rights, however defined.
• 3. You also agree not to upload, transfer, or otherwise make available any Content that is obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, or threatening.NovaFiction strictly forbids unsolicited messaging and unauthorized advertisements while using the Services.
• 4. NovaFiction has a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse content and will terminate the access of any user who publishes or distributes child sexual abuse content. Furthermore, we will report such users to the appropriate authorities.
• 5. You shall abide by these Terms and use the Services correctly and appropriately. If you violate any of the terms published above and violate applicable law, or could harm our users, third parties, then NovaFiction reserve the right to take down some or all of that content , restrict part or all functions of your account, restrict speech, temporarily freeze your account, even cancel your account and terminate the service to you. NovaFiction shall not be liable for any loss of operators or consumers on the platform, except in the case of intentional or negligent loss caused by NovaFiction unilaterally.  
• 6. You can make a complaint to NovaFiction at support@novafiction.com, to report illegal or inappropriate information contained in the services and contents. NovaFiction will timely accept and deal with your complaints and reports to jointly maintain a good network ecology. 

Personal Information Protection

• In order to improve the quality of our services, NovaFiction may collect your personal information. NovaFiction is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We recommend that you read the Privacy Policy in detail to get an understanding of what type of information we collect, how we collect it and how we use it.

Chargeable Service

• 1. Some of the services are provided on a fee basis.NovaFiction has the right to determine the rates and methods of charging for the services to be provided and to make a reminder of the tariff standard in the relevant service page. You have the right to refuse to pay the fee, but you will no longer be able to use the chargeable services provided by NovaFiction. 
• 2. The charging standard, method and content of the charged service may be modified or changed according to actual needs, and will be prompted or announced on the corresponding service page.If you do not agree with the above modifications, changes or charges, you shall immediately stop using the services. 

Intellectual Property Claims

• 1. NovaFiction fully respects and protects the legal rights of the right holder. In accordance with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the “DMCA”), if you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please submit a claim to NovaFiction through our page on Reporting Copyright Infringement，and NovaFiction will promptly and properly deal with it, including the notification content provider, shielding or deleting relevant content, even cancel and terminate the relevant accoun , etc.
• 2. You may submit a notification to NovaFiction in which you provide the following information:
• - identification of the rights/works that are being infringed upon;
• - identification of the content that is infringing your rights (including URL(s) for the content);
• - your name, address, telephone number, and electronic mail address;
• - a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the content in the manner complained of is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law;
• - a statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
• - your physical or electronic signature, or that of a person authorized to act on your behalf, of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. 

General Terms

• Changes. These Terms may change from time to time. If they do, NovaFiction’ll let you know about any material changes, either by notifying you on the platform or by sending you an email. Please note that your continued use of the Service after any change means that you agree with, and consent to be bound by the new Terms of Service. If you disagree with any changes in the Terms of Service and do not wish to be subject to the revised terms, you will need to close your account and/or stop using the Services.
• Entire agreement. These Terms (including any document incorporated by reference into them) are the whole agreement between NovaFiction and you concerning the Services, and these Terms supersede and replace any prior agreements between NovaFiction and you regarding the Services.
• No waiver and severability. If NovaFiction doesn’t exercise or enforce a particular right or provision under these Terms , that doesn’t mean we’ve waived that right or provision. If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable, then that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms of Service will remain in full force and effect.
• Choice of law and jurisdiction. NovaFiction encourages you to contact us if you’re having an issue, before resorting to the courts. In the unfortunate situation where legal action does arise, these Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. You agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms will refer to the court with corresponding jurisdiction in Indonesia where these Terms are signed.
• Assignment. These Terms of Service are personal to you. You can’t assign them, transfer them, or sublicense them unless you get NovaFiction’s prior written consent. NovaFiction has the right to assign, transfer, or delegate any of its rights and obligations under these Terms of Service without notice and without your consent.
