• Welcome to NovaFiction. The Privacy Policy of this document governs your use of this service. Please read this document carefully.
• When you use our services, you’re trusting us with your information. We understand this is a big responsibility and we are committed to protect your information and put you in control. This Privacy Policy is meant to help you understand what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can update, manage, export, and delete your information.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

• Information you provide to us or upload, which includes information you supply when you register an account with us and save items to your profile, specifically including:
  - Device or SIM-related information: information related to your device. For example, IMEI number, Android version, device manufacturer details and model name, network operator.
  - Location information (only for specific services/functionalities): various types of information on your location. For example, country code, city code, mobile network code, cell identity, longitude and latitude information, language settings.
  - Log information: information related to your use of certain functions, apps and websites. For example, cookies and other anonymous identifier technologies, IP addresses, temporary message history, standard system logs, username, email address. If you register for NovaFiction via third parties like Facebook and Google, they send us information that is necessary for your use of our Services, such as your name, email address, gender and birthdate.
  - Payment information: information related to your payment of certain products or services. For example, billing accounts, the mode and types of payment, purchase orders, payment account, credit cards, online banking, etc.
  - Professional information: such as name, gender,birthdate, name of your statutory guardian if you are Juvenile.
  

WHY DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• We use data to build better services.We use the information we collect from all our services for the following purposes:to provide our services,to maintain & improve our services, to develop new services,and to provide personalized services, including content and ads, specifically including:
  - Display the information as part of your profile.
  - Provide, improve, test, and monitor the effectiveness of our Service.
  - Develop and test new products and features.
  - Monitor metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, and demographic patterns.
  - Send you marketing emails, unless you opt-out.
  - Diagnose or fix technology problems.
  - Investigate and prevent reported issues, illegal activity, and breaches of our terms of service.
  - Communicate with you through Feedback feature by CS.
  
  

  SHARING OF YOUR INFORMATION

• We do not share your personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of NovaFiction except in the following cases:
• - With your consent
• We’ll share personal information outside of NovaFiction when we have your consent. We’ll ask for your explicit consent to share any sensitive personal information.
• - For external processing
• We provide personal information to our affiliates and other trusted businesses or persons to process it for us, based on our instructions and in compliance with our Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures. For example, we use service providers to help operate our data centers, deliver our products and services, improve our internal business processes, and offer additional support to customers and users.
• - For legal reasons
• We will share personal information outside of NovaFiction if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation, or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
• For the purpose of protecting against harm to the rights, property or safety of NovaFiction, our users, or the public as required or permitted by law, we may also share your information but such sharing will be within the bare minimum.
• If NovaFiction is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, we’ll continue to ensure the confidentiality of your personal information and give affected users notice before personal information is transferred or becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

• We work hard to protect you and we from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of information we hold, including:
• - We review our information collection, storage, and processing practices, including physical security measures, to prevent unauthorized access to our systems.
• - We restrict access to personal information to our employees, contractors, and agents who need that information in order to process it. Anyone with this access is subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.
• - We use encryption to keep your data private while in transit.

DELETING YOUR INFORMATION

• - You can delete your data in "Me>Settings>Delete Account". Or you can also request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@novafiction.com. We will evaluate such requests on a case-by-case basis. We may keep some of your data for as long as reasonably necessary for our legitimate business interests, including fraud detection and prevention, to comply with our legal obligations includes tax, legal reporting, and auditing obligations. Sometimes, your request will only be satisfied by closing your account.
  
• - You can delete your account, and you should understand that upon deletion of your account, you will lose the right to access or use all or part of the platform. 

Advertising

You may also see our app advertised in other services (like on Facebook, Instagram, Google). When you play our games or otherwise use our apps, some third party tools (SDKs) integrated within our Services may collect and use certain information collected from your device for the purpose of ad display and optimization. Such information includes GAID (Google Advertising ID on Android devices) or IDFA (Identifier for Advertising on iOS devices), region (i.e. the location where a given language is used), geo-location information (with your consent) and IP address. After clicking on one of these advertisements and installing our app, you will become a user of our Services. We use your personal information to display interest-based ads for features, products, and services that might be of interest to you. We do not use information that personally identifies you to display interest-based ads.


CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

• We change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent. We always indicate the date the last changes were published and we offer access to archived versions for your review. If changes are significant, we’ll provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification of Privacy Policy changes).

• - Right to Disclosure of Information
  

You have the right to request that we disclose certain information regarding our practices with respect to personal information. If you submit a valid and verifiable request and we confirm your identity and/or authority to make the request, we will disclose to you any of the following at your direction:

The categories of personal information we have collected about you in the last 12 months.

The categories of sources for the personal information we have collected about you in the last 12 months.

Our business or commercial purpose for collecting that personal information.

The categories of third parties with whom we share that personal information.

The specific pieces of personal information we collected about you.

If we sold your personal information for a business purpose, a list of the personal information types that each category of recipient purchased.

If we disclosed your personal information to a third party for a business purpose, a list of the personal information types that each category of recipient received.


• - Right to Delete Personal Information
  

If you submit a valid and verifiable request and we can confirm your identity and/or authority, we will delete Personal Information about you that we have collected from you.

• - Right to Opt out of Sales of Your Personal Information
  

We do not sell your personal information, so we do not provide any mechanism for you to exercise the right to opt out.

• - Right to Non-Discrimination
  
  You may exercise your rights under the CCPA without discrimination. You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for the exercise of your CCPA privacy rights, subject to certain limitations.
  
  - Direct Marketing and Do Not Track Signals
  
  Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents may request and obtain a notice once a year about the personal information we shared with other businesses for their own direct marketing purposes. Such a notice will include a list of the categories of personal information that were shared (if any) and the names and addresses of all third parties with which the personal information was shared (if any). The notice will cover the preceding calendar year. To obtain such a notice, please contact at support@novafiction.com. In addition, under this law you are entitled to be advised how we handle “Do Not Track” browser signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not honor Do Not Track requests at this time.
